Trying to conceive can be a long and painful process. That’s especially true when it comes to going through fertility treatments like in vitro fertilization (IVF), which involves hormone injections, surgeries, and no guarantee of success.

So, when you finally get the good news that you’re expecting, it’s pretty much everything.

Well, one fertility clinic shared a TikTok that features a doctor telling a couple they’re pregnant, and it quickly went viral for obvious reasons. The video starts off with reproductive endocrinologist Lawrence B. Werlin, M.D., speaking to a man on the phone and hilariously saying, “Where’s your girl? Get her on the line, buddy.”

Once the doctor gets both of them on the phone, you can see him turn to staff surrounding him and counting to three before everyone chimes in with, “You’re pregnant!”

Through the phone, you can hear all kinds of excited chatter as Dr. Werlin says, “Congratulations!” You can also hear the mom-to-be tearing up as she says “thank you” repeatedly.

It’s so incredibly sweet and a total tearjerker.

People were all about it in the comments. “This is the sweetest thing,” one wrote. “Goosebumps. What an amazing office,” another said. “This made me sob, oh my gosh,” someone else wrote.

The video comes courtesy of Irvine, California’s Coastal Fertility, which says on its website, “we’re not just a fertility center. We’re family!”
