As of June 12, 2026, Coastal Fertility Medical Center has permanently ceased all active clinical patient care operations at its Irvine facility. As of July 31, 2026 laboratory and administrative closure operations have concluded.
In full compliance with the Medical Board of California guidelines and health data privacy laws, we maintain secure access to medical records for all patients treated within the trailing seven (7) years. Reproductive Sciences Medical Center (RSMC) in San Diego, CA, has been legally appointed as our permanent Custodian of Records. Records requests may be sent to notices@coastalfertility.com.
