A graduate of the University of California, Davis, Karen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Managerial Economics and achieved Dean’s Honors. Before joining Coastal, her tenure at Reproductive Sciences Management Company (RSMC) included leadership roles in accounting, case management and medi-pay operations, equipping her with valuable insights into the administrative intricacies of fertility care. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Karen excels in fostering clear communication and trust with a diverse patient community.
